Dance

We believe that Dance education creates opportunities for self-expression and communication within the constraints of the medium of the body. It is instrumental in honing the kinesthetic intelligence of students.

Regular classes are held by experts for teaching dance forms like Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary as well as Indian classical like kathak, Chhau etc.

Dance education also helps students develop physical fitness, appreciation of the body, concern for sound health practices, and effective stress management approaches.
